The HZA petrochemical pump is a
horizontal-type single stage single suction
overhung volute pump, whose dimension is in
accordance with the standard of APl610. The
HZA pump may be used to convey various
corrosive liquors or the corrosive liquor
containing solid granulations. The pump can
be widely used in the industries such as
chemical industry, chemical manure,
petrochemical, metallurgy, power, paper
manufacture, seawater desalinization, food,
pharmaceuticals, synthetic fiber, and
textile. The pump has the following

The pump has steady characteristic curve,
low net positive suction head, and high
efficiency. What is worthy mentioning is
that these merits can be maintained even if
the pump doesn’t run with the full load.
The features of the pump design:
The outline and installation dimensions and
the basement are all in accordance with the
international standards, which enable our
product to substitute for the imported
pumps.
The inlet and outlet of the pump share the
same axial line, which will facilitate the
system design and pipe connection.
The bearing bracket, shaft, blade wheel and
the pump cover are assembled together, so
the pump needn’t be detached from the
pipelines during maintenance. If the
intermediate lengthened coupling is
available, even the motor needn’t be
detached from the pipelines either.
The pressure applied on the shaft seal can
be compensated by the auxiliary blade, the
blade wheel balance hole or the auxiliary
blade wheel. The shaft seal is filled with
soft packing. Many seal types such as
single-end, or double-end mechanical seal,
and the combination seal.
The endurable rolling bearing and proper
shaft diameter guarantee that the pump can
run steadily. The pump bodies with certain
specifications are twin-volute style, which
enjoy balanced radial force to ensure the
steady operation of the pump.
The conveying medium and flow parts
The mineral acids such as the sulfuric acid,
nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and
phosphoric acid and some organic acids with
different temperature and concentration.
The alkaline solutions such as sodium
hydroxide and sodium phosphate with
different temperature and concentration.
Various saline solutions.
Various strongly corrosive media such as the
strong oxidants, organic solvents, and
reducers.

The material of the flow parts includes the
cast steel and various alloys such as 303,
304, 305, 306, 307, 316, 316L, 304L, 904,
904L, 804, 804L, Monel alloy, Haynes alloy,
pure Ti, Ti alloy and CD4MCu. |
