HIR Printing and Dyeing Special Purpose Pump

I. General description
      The HIR printing and dyeing special purpose pump is a single stage single suction back-pullout overhung volute pump. When maintaining the pump the connecting pipelines needn’t be detached, and the pump body can be drawn out from the back of the pump. The flow parts of the pump are precisely cast with the stainless steel. The pump adopts assembly sealing, which has two optional types of cooling system: cooling-free or water-cooling type. The hanger bracket of the pump is reinforced on the basis of the traditional printing and dyeing pump and so it has an enhanced stability. The bearing service life has been prolonged for several times as the original. The twin-volute design of the pump (with the caliber over 100) will further improve the stability of the pump and guarantee the pump will run reliably for a long time. The pump has excellent characteristics of high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, and anticorrosion. It is an ideal pump in the printing and dyeing industry.
