General description

1. Working temperature　

The applicable temperature ranges from -40℃ to +230℃ even under the strong corrosion medium working condition.

2. High pressure resistance

The material may endure 1.6Mpa pressure under normal temperature and it may endure 1.0Mpa pressure under 200℃.

3. Vacuum proof

With the temperature of -40℃～+230℃, the lining pipe can be used in the vacuum condition with the vacuum of -0.098Mpa.

4. Anti-penetration

The tetrafluoroethylene pipes are specially manufactured with proper crystallinity and thickness to ensure that the lining pipes have good anti-penetration capacity. 

5. Solution to the thermal expansion and cold concentration

We successfully solved the problem of thermal expansion and cold concentration during the application of tetrafluoroethylene（PTFE） lining pipes, and the pipes can be used within the temperature within 230℃.

6. On-site flanging

Our company will treat the flanging problem that the pipe construction team confronted on the field. It will save labor and time for the construction team.

7. Set safety air-bleed hole on both ends of the pipe.

8. The maximum length of the pipe is 6000m, and the slip-on flange can be machined with specified length according to the requirements of the customers.
