HIY Chemical Submerged Pump

I. General
description
The HIY chemical submerged pump is a new product
developed by our company absorbing the
foreign advanced technology. Its performance
parameters are in accordance with the
IS02858 and GB5662 standards. The pump with
the caliber over 80mm adopts twin-volute
structure, which is high efficient and
energy saving. The pump has novel structure,
steady operation, lower noise, and more
endurance. The bearings on this pump will
not contact the conveying medium (There
exist no bearings under the liquor surface)
so the pump is able to convey the corrosive
media containing solid granulation. The pump
can be widely used in the industries such as
the petrochemical, chemical manure, paper
manufacture, metallurgy, chlor-alkali and
scouring agent. It is the renewed product
against the Fy pump.
II. The pump has the following
characteristics:

The performance parameters of the HIY pump
are the same as the HIJ and HZA pumps
III. Structure
The HIY submerged pump is vertical single stage
submerged pump. The cylindrical pipe
connects the hydraulic parts to the
basement, and the discharge pipe is
separated from the cylindrical pipe. The
shaft seal measurement isn’t adopted (Other
seal devices may be employed if seal effect
is needed). The blade wheel has two types of
structure: closed type and open type. These
characteristics ensure that the pump is
suitable for conveying the media with solid
granulation and crystal tendency. The
submerged depth of the pump will range from
0.5 to 1.8m. If the depth overpasses 1.8m
the submerged connection pipes can be used.
IV. The flow part materials of the pump
The flow part materials include: 0Cr18Ni9Ti
1Cr18Ni9Ti 0Cr18Ni12M2Ti1Cr1Ni17M02Ti 304L
316L CD4MCu Monel alloy Consult us if other

V. The matched power and the rotational
direction of the pump
The pump is matched with Y type normal motor and
YB type explosion proof machine. The
rotational direction of the pump is
clockwise when viewed from the drive end. |
