General
description The polyolefine (PO) is a kind of olefin copolymer of the ethane, propylene, and butene. It not only possesses the corrosion resistance of ethane and propylene, but also behaves the superior characteristics such as heat resistance, shockproof, and electrical insulation. Its working temperature will be 20～30℃ higher than the polyethylene and polypropylene. The polyolefine has overcome the shortcomings of the polyethylene and polypropylene, low binding force with the metal. The strong binding force makes it possible that PO will bind the metal tightly. The equipment, pipelines and pipefittings made of this material (The equipment is equipped with steel mesh) will bear the vacuum, and the vacuum endurance will achieve -0.092MPa. The tremendous binding force will efficiently curb the thermal expansion and cold concentration. Hence, the equipment, pipelines, and pipe fittings with P0 roller coating will not damage because of the thermal expansion and cold concentration of the coating material, and consequently the equipment will run reliably for a long time.
